The client required a strictly neutral color palette and a custom Arabic wordmark that signaled "Structural Luxury". The core challenge was to avoid generic industry tropes—such as house or kitchen icons—while creating a unique identity that captured a modern Saudi aesthetic suitable for expansion into the commercial and hospitality sectors.

We engineered a bespoke, grid-based Arabic wordmark that revived the architectural philosophy of the -iwan-, symbolizing grandeur and openness. By utilizing a "visually silent" palette of Obsidian Black, Antique Brass, and Travertine, we delivered a functionally intelligent identity that respects heritage while embracing modern minimalism
